One of my greatest sources of inspiration is the Tangleby garden, particularly during the warmer months. Herbs play an important role within my recipes. They add so much flavour and are so easy to grow. Harvesting a crop of tomatoes, basil, broccoli, dill, pumpkins, corn or beans and incorporating them into my dishes brings great satisfaction and challenges Sue to be more creative in the kitchen. The difference in flavour between home-grown herbs and vegetables and those purchased from the store is remarkable.
