How to use it:
For Bath: Add 2-3 caps to warm running water. Soak for 15-20 minutes, breathing deeply to enjoy the calming aromas.
For Massage: Warm oil between your hands. Massage into muscles and joints using moderate pressure. Reapply as needed.
For Body: After bathing, or when skin needs extra hydration, warm oil and massage in circular motions until fully absorbed
